## Role Overview: Fashion Retail Store Manager
As the Store Manager, you will serve as the heartbeat of our Jagakarsa branch. You will be entrusted with total store ownership, ranging from daily operations and visual merchandising to team leadership and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a pristine, visually appealing shopping environment.
* Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels closely, managing inventory turnover to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
* Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and train staff to uphold superior customer service standards. Conduct regular performance evaluations and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
* Customer Experience & Retention: Create an unforgettable in-store journey, handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, and implement loyalty-building initiatives.
* Sales Strategy & Marketing: Analyze periodic sales reports, identify consumer trends, adapt store strategies, and execute innovative marketing campaigns or in-store events to attract new foot traffic.
* Financial & Administrative Management: Manage store budgets efficiently, ensure adherence to company policies, and compile comprehensive monthly performance reports for senior management.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this challenging yet rewarding role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA), with a preferred background in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of proven work experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the fashion retail industry.
* Leadership & Scale: Demonstrated capability in managing large teams and overseeing a substantial selling area of up to 800 square meters.
* Core Competencies:
* Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities rooted in data-driven decision-making.
* Deep understanding of current fashion trends, consumer behavior, and visual merchandising principles.
* Logistics: Must be willing to work on-site at our Jagakarsa, South Jakarta location and be available to join our team as soon as possible.
