* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree from a reputable university in any field of study.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.30 is required.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates, those expecting to graduate in 2026, or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience. A Statement of Graduation (SKL) is the minimum requirement for application.
* Extracurricular Engagement: A demonstrated history of active involvement in organizational or extracurricular activities is essential.
