## Administrative and Management Positions
1. KPI Administrator (Cibitung Placement)
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to oversee and report on performance metrics across our supply chain network.
* Core Responsibilities: Collect daily and monthly operational data for inbound, outbound, and inventory flows; analyze performance trends; compile KPI reports for stakeholders; design visual infographics using creative tools; and maintain up-to-date performance databases.
* Candidate Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration; professional proficiency in English; advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards); graphic design proficiency (Photoshop, Canva, CorelDraw); and prior supply chain reporting experience is preferred.
2. Supervisor Admin Project (Bintan Placement)
This leadership role directs administrative support for project teams stationed at PT Bintan Alumina Indonesia.
* Core Responsibilities: Supervise site administration teams; manage document control and data entry; liaise with client representatives; oversee procurement and human resources coordination; and ensure adherence to safety and contractual guidelines.
* Candidate Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management; at least 3 years of supervisory experience in industrial environments; bilingual fluency in English and Indonesian; and strong organizational leadership.
3. Admin Project (Bintan Placement)
A dynamic field-facing administrative role responsible for tracking physical cargo movements and documentation.
* Core Responsibilities: Issue shipping documents and delivery orders; conduct vessel unloading inspections; document cargo damage or discrepancies with photographic evidence; and maintain clear communication with truck drivers and international clients.
* Candidate Requirements: Vocational high school education or equivalent; strong verbal and written English communication skills; high mobility and responsiveness; and prior field logistics experience.
## Warehouse and Inventory Leadership
4. Warehouse PIC (Cibitung Placement)
* Core Responsibilities: Optimize warehouse space utilization; manage receipt and dispatch workflows; maintain safety standards; minimize stock discrepancies; supervise transportation arrangements; and utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
* Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics; 3+ years of inventory control experience; proficiency in English and Indonesian (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage); and willingness to work under an outsourcing agreement.
5. Inventory Admin (Medan Placement)
* Core Responsibilities: Oversee inventory management systems and supply chain forecasts; conduct monthly physical-to-system stock reconciliations; monitor product expiration dates; execute stock-taking procedures; and generate database-driven analytical reports.
* Candidate Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Management; minimum 2 years of inventory management experience; advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems; and willingness to work in shift rotations.
## Warehouse Operations and Execution Roles
6. Warehouse Helper (Cibitung Placement)
* Core Responsibilities: Assist in unloading inbound transport vehicles; transport items to designated storage zones; support order pickers; and report any damaged inventory or facility maintenance needs.
7. Warehouse Checker (Cibitung Placement)
* Core Responsibilities: Inspect inbound supplier shipments for quality and quantity assurance; reconcile physical goods against purchase orders; investigate stock variances; and verify outbound customer orders prior to dispatch.
8. Warehouse Picker (Cibitung Placement)
* Core Responsibilities: Interpret picking lists accurately; retrieve items efficiently from storage shelves using navigation tools; label and package goods according to company standards; and coordinate closely with warehouse checkers.
* General Requirements for Pickers: Male, maximum 30 years old; minimum high school education; 1+ year of warehouse operations experience; familiarity with WMS and FIFO/FEFO principles; and ability to work in shifts.
9. Forklift Operator (Cibitung Placement)
* Core Responsibilities: Execute safe inbound put-away and outbound replenishment activities; verify stock placement accuracy; and conduct pre-operational and post-operational safety checks on material handling equipment.
* Candidate Requirements: High school education; minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience; mandatory active Forklift License (SIO); certified ability to operate Reach Trucks, Counterbalance units, and Pallet Movers; and local residency around Tambun, Cibitung, or Cikarang.
