## Current Career Opportunity: OCP Assistant (Purchasing TBS Assistant)
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our team in East Kalimantan. This role is vital to our supply chain integrity and stakeholder relationships.
Core Responsibilities
* Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with independent farmers and Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB/TBS) suppliers through regular field visits.
* Quality Assurance: Execute rigorous quality inspections and grading of FFB to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Administrative Oversight: Manage the preparation of purchase contracts, ensure the accuracy of daily production reports (LHP), and maintain systematic documentation.
* Financial Reporting: Coordinate the weekly pricing structures and oversee the precise, timely processing of supplier payments.
* Market Analysis: Actively monitor competitor pricing and procurement strategies to inform internal decision-making.
General Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* Experience: A minimum of three years of professional experience in FFB procurement or as a Plasma Assistant.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrable excellence in communication, team collaboration, and a proactive, results-oriented work ethic.
