PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as an SAP Production Administrator. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of manufacturing data and logistics coordination.
Core Responsibilities
* SAP Transaction Management: Oversee all SAP-related activities, including Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and the management of factory supplies and raw materials.
* Material Control: Monitor production inventory, manage reservations, execute stock control procedures, conduct stock opname, and coordinate closely with PPIC and Warehouse departments.
* Data Reporting and Analysis: Input, consolidate, and monitor critical production metrics, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and daily production reports, covering filling, cartoning, case packing, and palletizing operations.
Professional Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
1. Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
2. Experience: At least one year of professional experience as a Production Admin or SAP Admin within a manufacturing environment.
