Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Age: Maximum 24 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) diploma.
* Experience: Proven work experience in Injection Molding for at least one year.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate Injection Molding machinery effectively.
* Readiness: Available for immediate placement in the Cikarang area.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a vital role in our daily production cycle, with responsibilities including:
1. Machine Operation: Managing the day-to-day operation of injection molding machines according to production schedules.
2. Quality Control: Proactively inspecting product quality to ensure adherence to strict automotive standards and company specifications.
