## General Requirements and Qualifications
To maintain our high standards of operational excellence, we require candidates who possess both technical proficiency and a commitment to professional growth. Prospective applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or a Degree (D3/S1) relevant to the applied position.
* Experience: A minimum of 3–4 years of proven experience in a similar role is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate prior experience within the coal mining industry.
* Professional Certification:
* POP Certification: Required for Hauling Supervisor, Jetty Foreman, Plant & Maintenance Foreman, and Safety Officer positions.
* Welding Certification: Required specifically for the Welder position.
* Operational Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), mining operations, and the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork capabilities are essential.
