## Current Openings at Sei Mangkei
We are looking for motivated individuals to fill several key roles that drive our operational efficiency, technological infrastructure, and community impact.
1. Utility Improvement & Sustainability Assistant Manager
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our energy efficiency and decarbonization initiatives.
* Responsibilities: Lead utility performance optimization, manage renewable energy integration, and oversee carbon reduction projects including financial feasibility studies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience in process manufacturing. You must possess deep expertise in utility systems and environmental compliance.
2. Warehouse Team Leader
Ensure the seamless flow of goods through our facility by leading our logistics and warehouse operations.
* Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse functions, monitor 3PL performance, and maintain rigorous inventory accuracy using SAP/WMS systems.
* Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in any field with 4+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics management. Candidates should be proficient in data analysis and cross-functional team leadership.
3. IT Services Engineer
Help us maintain a robust digital backbone as we integrate advanced technology into our manufacturing environment.
* Responsibilities: Design, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, workplace IT systems, and server environments.
* Requirements: A degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure management, virtualization, and Microsoft 365.
4. Community Development Officer (Literacy & Numeracy)
