## 1. Forklift Operator (Batang & Cikarang)
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a vital role in our logistics and production chain, ensuring that materials move efficiently and safely throughout our facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely transport finished products and supply additives to mixing stations.
* Prepare resin and calcium materials for production requirements.
* Adhere to supervisor instructions regarding operational changes and task prioritization.
* Manage waste materials for crushing processes and maintain a clean production area.
* Perform routine equipment maintenance and report technical issues promptly.
* Commit to strict health and safety (K3) standards and the 5R workplace program.
* Maintain readiness for shift work and overtime as business needs dictate.
Qualifications
* Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma.
* At least 1 year of professional experience as a forklift operator.
* Strong understanding of forklift operation and safety protocols.
* Physically fit and available to work in a rotating shift system.
* Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working in both team and individual settings.
* Possession of a valid SIO (Operator License) is a significant advantage.
## 2. QC Operator (Batang)
The QC Operator ensures that every product leaving our line meets our high-quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
* Review work orders and production schedules to ensure output consistency.
* Conduct systematic quality checks at the beginning, middle, and end of each shift.
* Manage documentation, including transfer reports and QC pass/hold logs.
* Update OEE and QC spreadsheets accurately.
* Foster strong professional relationships with cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in utilizing various measuring instruments.
* Must be color-blindness free.
* Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
* Solid grasp of Quality Control standards and SOP adherence.
## 3. Warehouse Operator (Batang)
Our warehouse team is essential to the precision of our production process. You will be responsible for the accuracy of inventory and material flow.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare raw materials for weighing and coordinate with production teams.
* Manage additive request vouchers and maintain accurate weighing reports.
* Monitor and audit stock levels within the mixing and RMP areas.
* Ensure the workplace is maintained according to 5R standards.
Qualifications
* Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma.
* Prior experience in warehouse operations is highly preferred.
* Availability to work in a rotating shift schedule.
* Strong physical and mental health.
* Preference is given to candidates residing in Batang and surrounding areas.
## 4. Mechanical Operator (Cikarang & Surabaya)
The Mechanical Operator is tasked with the upkeep, design, and improvement of our production machinery.
Key Responsibilities
* Design mechanical solutions and perform welding for machine improvement projects.
* Execute preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment.
* Maintain tooling inventory and generate detailed work reports.
* Implement 5R standards in the workshop environment.
Qualifications
* Minimum SMK degree in Mechanical Engineering or Welding.
* At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
* Expertise in TIG/Electric welding and torch cutting machines.
* Proficiency in grinding, lathe, and milling operations is a plus.
* Ability to read mechanical drawings and perform precise mechanical analysis.
