## Open Position 1: Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will form the backbone of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that every miniature vehicle meets our exacting quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
* Execute daily production tasks according to your assigned department, which includes the Main Process, Decoration, or Assembly lines.
* Strictly adhere to established standard operating procedures and internal work instructions.
* Compile accurate and timely daily production reports for supervisory review.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum education requirement is Junior High School (SMP) or equivalent.
* Must be in excellent physical and mental health.
* Must pass color-blindness screenings and have no dust-related allergies.
* Demonstrate high levels of accuracy, agility, honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Prior working experience in a manufacturing plant or factory environment will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Comfortable meeting strict production targets, adapting to shift work schedules, and handling overtime when required.
* Available to join immediately and willing to be stationed at our Batang, Central Java facility.
