We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist in the modernization of our training structures. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical expertise and pedagogical excellence.
Core Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, Civil/Building Engineering Education, or Educational Technology.
* Experience: A minimum of six months of practical experience in the development of educational curricula and training modules.
Technical Competencies
* Learning Taxonomy: Proficiency in applying hierarchical frameworks to classify learning objectives across cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains.
* Curriculum Design: Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive training syllabi and detailed lesson plans (RPP).
* Interactive Design: Skilled in creating interactive module layouts and materials.
* Assessment Strategy: Expertise in developing assessments that measure varied complexity levels and incorporate Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS).
Scope of Responsibilities
* Collaborating with Senior Experts to draft curriculum structures, training modules, question banks, and presentation materials.
* Compiling formal training curriculum books and procedural guidelines.
* Participating in technical discussions regarding the updating and refinement of training materials.
* Executing comprehensive monthly and final reporting to ensure project accountability.
## 2. Assistant Expert: E-Learning Material Preparation
In an era of digital transformation, we are looking for a creative multimedia specialist to revolutionize our e-learning landscape and enhance user engagement through advanced instructional design.
Core Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Educational Technology, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or Informatics Engineering.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics/animation, video production, interactive multimedia, and hypermedia development.
Technical Competencies
* Instructional Content: Strong capability in drafting media content outlines, storyboards, flowcharts, and instructional scripts.
* Visual Strategy: Advanced understanding of visual hierarchy, UI design principles, and consistent brand-driven aesthetic application.
* Software Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and Articulate Storyline 360 for high-impact educational content.
* Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with the development of Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), gamification, and metaverse-based learning environments.
Scope of Responsibilities
* Supporting Senior Experts in the creation of media content outlines (GBIM), flowcharts, and detailed storyboards.
* Designing and producing e-learning assets and multimedia learning materials.
* Contributing to strategic discussions centered on the optimization of digital learning delivery.
* Preparing monthly and final reports to verify project deliverables and progress.
