## Shape the Future: The SPS Management Trainee (MT) Program
We are officially opening applications for our prestigious Management Trainee program. This initiative is meticulously designed to cultivate the next generation of visionary leaders by providing them with comprehensive exposure to our organizational framework. Successful candidates will undergo an intensive development cycle, preparing them to assume key management positions within three to five years.
Specialized Training Tracks
We invite motivated graduates to specialize in their respective fields of expertise:
1. MT Production/Maintenance/PPIC: Open to graduates of Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
2. MT HRD: Open to graduates of Psychology or Law.
3. MT Accounting: Open to graduates of Accounting or Tax Accounting.
All candidates for these roles must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00.
