## Specialized Roles Within the Tamaris Development Program (TDP)
The TDP is designed to cultivate future leaders by integrating them into high-impact operational and strategic departments.
1. Investment & Commercial
We are looking for analytical minds to drive our financial strategy.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in Investment, Corporate Finance, or Financial Advisory.
* Core Competencies: Proficient in financial modeling, investment analysis, business valuation, and financial projections. Experience in M&A within the energy or infrastructure sector is highly valued.
2. Risk Management
Join our team to protect our operations through data-driven insights.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Mathematics.
* Experience: At least 3 years as a Data Risk Analyst or in a related data assurance role.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and Excel. Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning (ARIMA, LSTM), and risk assessment frameworks.
3. PPC Officer (Project, Planning & Control)
Ensure our projects remain on track from inception to completion.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.30.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in Project Planning & Control.
* Core Competencies: Expert in WBS, project scheduling, and resource management. Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera is a significant advantage. Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
4. IT Staff
Support our technological infrastructure and digital transformation efforts.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
* Experience: 2+ years in IT infrastructure or system development.
* Core Competencies: Knowledge of IoT, server management, network security, and API integration. Experience with AI, machine learning, and automation tools is highly preferred.
## Field Operations and Site-Based Roles
We are currently hiring for critical on-site positions across our renewable energy facilities.
Site Technical and Maintenance Roles
* Technician (PLTM Sungai Buaya & PLTM Silau): Requires a D3/S1 degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience in power plants. Applicants should ideally reside in North Sumatra.
* Solar PV Technician: Focuses on preventive/corrective maintenance for solar systems, including inverters, battery storage, and protection systems. Requires 1–2 years of experience.
* Solar PV Operator: SMK/D3 background in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Must be comfortable working in shift rotations and monitoring plant performance.
Site Administrative Roles
* Admin GA (PLTA Batu Gajah): Requires a bachelor’s degree and 1 year of HR/GA experience. This is a 3-month contract role covering maternity leave.
* Finance Admin (PLTM Manajur): Requires a D3 degree and 1 year of experience in finance or accounting, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
